We deliver to the UK & Worldwide (excluding Europe).
We use Royal Mail for all our smaller items like jewellery, candle holders & accessories.      You are also welcome to collect directly from our workshop. Please contact us to arrange.

We endeavour to send out all our ‘in stock’ orders the next working day. Please let us know if you have a deadline – we will always do our best to meet your timescale.

For both UK and International deliveries:
Individual delivery and shipping options are necessary for delivery of bigger chandeliers and art pieces. Please do get in touch and we will find the right solution for you.

UK – Royal Mail  Free 48hr tracked and insured delivery when you spend over £150 on small products as listed above.  Prices range from: £1.15 to £10.65. When you get to the checkout you will be offered all or some of these options below:

1st & 2nd Class insured up to £50. From £1.15 to £1.60

24hr and 48hr tracked & insured up to £150. From £2.70 to £4.15                                                  Any precious jewellery being sent with these options will not be insured and is done so at your own risk.

Special delivery by 1pm next working day, insured & tracked up to £750. From £6.35 to £10.65 Recommended for precious jewellery.

INTERNATIONAL (excluding Europe)                                                                                                    We use Royal Mail ‘International signed for’ which takes 5-7 working days and is tracked and insured up to £250. Prices from £9.70 to £34.15 per order depending on value and weight. 

For anything over £250, or that is time sensitive please email us and we can provide you with alternative delivery options specific to your needs.

Packaging:

Jewellery:                                                                                                                                            Each piece is gift wrapped in Emerald Faerie packaging. It’s like a lovely present, either for a loved one or a treat for yourself. 

If you would like a short message for the recipient, we are very happy to include a handwritten notecard. There is a section called ‘special instructions’ in the checkout where you can let us know.

Cancellation and Returns:

We hope you are delighted with your Emerald Faerie purchase, but if you aren’t entirely satisfied for any reason, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange if the piece is returned to us in its original unworn condition including any packaging within 14 days or receipt of your order for a full refund, excluding original delivery costs If it shows signs of wear or damage or the packaging is incomplete or imperfect you may not be eligible for a full reimbursement.

Items exempt from this refund and exchange policy (unless structurally faulty) are as follows:

• Earrings in the Sale. 
• Bespoke commissions.
• Customised designs using clients’ own materials, heirlooms & accessories

Commissioned jewellery, or items that have been made to your specific requirements or with your own materials, cannot be returned unless there has been a fault in our workmanship, which will be assessed at the point of return.
