The Swift collections feature the Swift in different forms. This series of bronze pendant necklaces are made with just the Swift’s head and tail.
Lost wax cast in solid bronze, each one is individually crafted in wax before being transformed in to bronze. They are polished to finish and are very tactile. The back of the piece also features a small sterling silver disc hand stamped with my double ‘A’ makers mark logo.
This pendant is pictured suspended from a recycled sterling silver curb chain (un-hallmarked)
I love the mystery surrounding this bird, for centuries the enigmatic Swift and its extraordinary life cycle have left observers struggling to understand its true nature. Did you know that the Swift’s closest relative is actually the Hummingbird!

For me this is a piece that I love to wear everyday on a short chain with a few of my favourite pendants from other makers to keep it company.
Please note if this item is out of stock and you are placing a backorder, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery as it is being handmade to order and has to be sent to a bronze foundry for casting and I am subject to their availability.
